Biofiltres

We design and realize systems for biological control of industrial waste gas pollution. Our biofilters reduce predominantly volatile organic pollutants and smelling compounds. We can provide complex services from design and construction to regular service. Differently designed biofilters eliminate styrene (units with rate flow ranging from 2000 m³.h⁻¹ up to 15000 m³.h⁻¹), jet fuel, acetone, BTEX, hydrogen sulphide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulphide (units with rate flow up to 13000 m³.h⁻¹) and other substances. Filtration units are constructed as solid bed reactors or trickling filters. Solid bed biofilter media are designed for 2 - 5 years of operation (solid bed needs to be replaced after 2 - 5 years). We designed about 20 biofilters for different industrial application.
